This role ensures the integrity of financial data, compliance with regulations, and provides insights to support business performance.Key Responsibilities1. Financial Reporting & AccountingPrepare and oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statementsEnsure compliance with GAAP (or IFRS if applicable)Manage general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and fixed assetsMaintain accurate and timely financial records2. Budgeting & ForecastingLead annual budgeting process and ongoing financial forecastingAnalyze variances and provide actionable insights to leadershipSupport strategic planning with financial modeling3. Internal Controls & ComplianceDevelop and maintain strong internal controlsEnsure compliance with tax laws and regulatory requirementsCoordinate audits with external auditorsImplement policies to safeguard company assets4. Cash Flow & Financial ManagementMonitor cash flow, liquidity, and working capitalOptimize financial performance and cost controlsOversee banking relationships and financing arrangements5.
