Looking for a very talented Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for a landscaping company in Snohomish, WA. The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) provides strategic financial leadership for the company, partnering with the President & CEO to guide planning, operations, and longterm growth. The CFO leads the finance team, supports operational decisionmaking, and builds scalable systems that strengthen the company's financial health and performance. This landscaping company has been around for 30 years andcontinues to grow like a weed (see what we did there?) and they're looking for someone with a strong work ethic and an even stronger sense of humor.Please Reference JBCSPLMCFO01 when applying with your resume and pay expectations.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesStrategic Planning, Operations, Financial Management, & Risk ManagementServe as a trusted advisor to the President/CEO: contributing to strategic planning, business expansion, and organizational development.Partner with the President to define and guide the execution of the company's strategic business plan: ensuring alignment between financial priorities and organizational goals.Guiding current decisions: Translate financial insights into actionable strategies that drive profitability, operational efficiency, and sustainable growth.Guiding future decisions: Develop longrange financial plans and capital strategies that anticipate seasonal cash flow, equipment lifecycle requirements, and the company's growth trajectory.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required.CPA, CMA, or MBA strongly preferred.5+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, ideally in landscape or construction preferred.
