Bilingual Human Resources Manager (Direct Hire)Wood Dale, IL (100% Onsite) Up to $110,000 + BenefitsAbout the CompanyA growing manufacturing organization expanding operations. With recent growth and a merger, the company is scaling quickly and investing in strong HR leadership to support a workforce of 100+ employees.Position OverviewSeeking a Bilingual Human Resources Manager to lead and build out the HR function. This is a high-impact, standalone role with future opportunity to grow the department and add direct reports.This role will oversee all HR operations, partner with leadership, and ensure compliance while fostering a positive workplace culture.Key ResponsibilitiesLead all HR functions across a growing workforce (100+ employees; 50–60 hourly)Oversee employee relations and ensure a compliant, positive work environmentManage benefits administration, including open enrollmentAdminister FMLA, workers’ compensation, and leave trackingEnsure compliance with OSHA, labor laws, and government regulationsChair the Safety Committee and oversee safety initiativesSupport recruiting, onboarding, and training programs (including compliance training)Maintain HRIS systems (Paylocity preferred) and reportingPartner with leadership on performance management and developmentAssist as backup for payroll processingPrepare and submit required government reports (EEO-1, AAP, etc.)Develop and implement HR policies and proceduresQualificationsBachelor’s degree preferred5+ years of HR management experience (manufacturing industry experience required)Strong knowledge of employment laws, compliance, and HR best practicesExperience with benefits, employee relations, and performance managementExperience with HRIS systems (Paylocity preferred)Government reporting or contract experience is a plusBilingual (English/Spanish) highly preferredStrong communication, organization, and problem-solving skillsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, growing environmentWhy JoinOpportunity to build and shape the HR functionGrowing company with strong expansion plansCompetitive salary and benefitsHigh-visibility role with organizational impactCompany DescriptionWhy Kelly®?At Kelly Services®, we work with the best.
