What You'll Bring to the Role: High school diploma or equivalent 1-3 years of administrative, HR, or office support experience Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information discreetly Adaptability to dynamic work environments and multitasking Ideal Additional Skills: Prior experience working in human resources or payroll systems (e.g., Paycom, ADP, Workday) Familiarity with HRIS or benefits administration Support experience in manufacturing or multi-site organizations Coursework or an associate's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related fields Preferred Requirements: Experience supporting onboarding, offboarding, and employee record management Ability to assist with recruitment, orientation, and training logistics Knowledge of safety training and policy development Comfortable working independently and as part of a team Additional Information: This is a temporary, hourly position offering 35-40 hours per week during standard business hours (8:00 am 5:00 pm). The role involves typical office physical requirements, including sitting, typing, light lifting, and occasional movement around the office. The salary range for this position is $21-$23 per hour, with work conducted onsite in a climate-controlled environment.
