This is a great opportunity to step into an active project environment and make an immediate impact.What You’ll Be DoingLead construction and capital improvement projects from planning through completionCoordinate with contractors, consultants, engineers, and stakeholders to keep projects on trackManage schedules, budgets, and project deliverables across multiple initiativesOversee design development, construction activities, and quality assuranceFacilitate communication between internal teams, regulatory agencies, and external partnersMonitor project costs and ensure compliance with project scope and standardsProject EnvironmentWork on a diverse mix of infrastructure and environmental projectsExposure to unique job sites, including outdoor and high-elevation locationsHands-on role with both office coordination and field oversight responsibilitiesWhat We’re Looking For5+ years of construction project management experienceBackground in civil, infrastructure, or capital improvement projectsStrong experience managing budgets, schedules, and contractorsAbility to coordinate across multiple stakeholders and agenciesBachelor’s degree in Construction, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)Details & Perks💲 Pay: $41–$49/hr.
