The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, project management, and communication skills with the ability to manage teams, schedules, and operational processes effectively.ResponsibilitiesManage construction projects from planning through execution and completionCoordinate project activities with internal teams, contractors, and stakeholdersMonitor project schedules, budgets, deliverables, and performance metricsSupervise and support project staff while providing performance feedback and directionEnsure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and quality standardsCommunicate project updates, recommendations, and decisions to leadership and stakeholdersSupport process improvements and operational efficiencies across projectsRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degree in a related field OR equivalent combination of education and experience5+ years of professional experience in construction project management or related fieldStrong leadership and supervisory experienceAdvanced technical knowledge and decision-making abilitiesExcellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office SuitePreferred SkillsExperience managing large-scale or multi-phase construction projectsStrong organizational and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to work independently under general directionExperience with policy implementation and process improvement initiativesAdditional InformationNo certifications currently requiredOne year of relevant work experience may substitute for one year of required educationOne year of additional academic coursework beyond minimum requirements may substitute for one year of required professional experienceIf you are interested in this opportunity, please apply with your updated resume.
