Construction Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead and manage complex capital improvement and engineering projects from inception through completion.This role is responsible for overseeing project planning, design, budgeting, scheduling, and construction execution while coordinating with internal teams, external stakeholders, and regulatory agencies.🔧 Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end construction projects including planning, design, execution, and close-outOversee contractors, consultants, design professionals, and project engineersEnsure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with specificationsReview design documents for quality, technical accuracy, and regulatory complianceDevelop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and work plansMonitor construction progress and provide regular status reportsLead project meetings with stakeholders, contractors, and agenciesPrepare RFQs, RFPs, IFBs, and manage procurement processesMaintain detailed project documentation, reports, and recordsEnsure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations📊 QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related fieldMinimum 5 years of professional experience in construction/project managementStrong knowledge of construction processes, design standards, and contract administrationExperience managing multi-disciplinary projects and teamsExcellent communication, leadership, and organizational skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office💼 Key CompetenciesStrong project planning and execution skillsBudgeting and cost control expertiseStakeholder management and collaborationAdvanced technical and analytical abilitiesAbility to work independently and make critical decisions
