Adecco Creative & Marketing is partnering with a globally recognized leader in modern design and workplace innovation to hire a polished, professional, and service-driven Showroom Experience Coordinator for a contract assignment in Dallas, TX. This role will serve as the welcoming face of a design-forward, client-facing showroom, delivering an elevated guest experience in a highly curated environment. The contract assignment will run for a minimum of four months and includes direct, hands-on training from a senior showroom leader prior to her retirement, along with ongoing support from an additional showroom manager focused on facilities and operations. Details: Schedule: Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 8:30am–5:00pm and Friday, 8:30am – 4:00pm Hours may vary based on after-hours events or client needs Compensation: $28–$32/hour, depending on experience Duration: until June 2026 Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact at the showroom reception workstation Warmly greet and host clients, providing refined hospitality and an elevated guest experience Manage customer visit schedules and the showroom events calendar, ensuring seamless coordination and communication Coordinate catering for client meetings and showroom events as needed Maintain a pristine, organized, and visually elevated showroom aligned with brand standards Support client-facing activities, appointments, and daily showroom operations Collaborate with the facilities and operations–focused showroom manager on logistical needs Communicate clearly and confidently with clients, internal teams, and external xywuqvp vendors Anticipate guest needs and deliver thoughtful, personalized service Ideal Candidate Background in hospitality or elevated client-facing environments Strong attention to detail with a refined sense of style and presentation Excellent verbal and written communication skills Highly organized with experience managing calendars, appointments, and/or events Professional demeanor; poised under pressure in a dynamic, client-facing role Comfortable serving as the central reception presence for most of the day
