Job Title: Cost Controller / Project Controls ManagerLocation: Atlanta, GA (Relocation assistance available)Salary: $140,000 - $145,000Job Description:Our client, a leader in the energy and infrastructure sector, is seeking a Cost Controller / Project Controls Manager to support financial oversight and performance reporting for capital projects. This role is based in Atlanta, GA and will focus on cost control, forecasting, analysis, and reporting for complex project portfolios.Key Responsibilities:Support the development of capital budgets across multiple projectsCompile, interpret, and report financial and project data to assess performance and forecast resultsConduct variance analysis and explain financial trends to project stakeholdersIdentify cost reduction opportunities and present recommendations to leadershipDevelop and maintain cost metrics and reporting tools to monitor key cost driversGenerate monthly capital reports for executive and project leadershipCreate visual presentations (charts, dashboards, metrics) to summarize financial and project dataWork cross-functionally with operations, construction, and finance teams to gather inputs and improve processesSupport staffing plans and resource modeling for project executionPerform ad hoc financial and cost analysis as neededQualifications:Bachelor's degree required5+ years of experience in cost control or project controls, ideally in the energy sectorStrong skills in Microsoft Excel; Power BI experience preferredExperience compiling financial data and reporting for capital projectsSolid communication skills, with the ability to work across departments and present to leadershipEEO Statement:All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or protected veteran status.#LI-AB1
