The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that service delivery meets the highest standards of security, compliance, customer experience, and operational performance. This executive will be the champion for customers, collaborating with leaders across various functions to deliver frictionless, scalable, and resilient services. Key responsibilities include defining the global vision and strategy for client services, leading long-term planning for service innovation and digital transformation, and overseeing the organizational design, resource allocation, and talent strategy for global client service operations.Candidates for the VP, Client Services role at the company must have a minimum of 15 years' senior management experience, preferably in a global fintech, SaaS, or enterprise technology environment. The role requires a proven track record in leading large, distributed, customer-facing organizations, supporting enterprise-scale customers, and scaling teams, processes, and systems in a rapidly growing global enterprise. The ideal candidate will have exceptional executive communication and relationship-building skills, strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities, and expertise in organizational design, change management, and operational transformation.
