The successful candidate will be a key figure in the Loan Quality Control team, serving as a subject matter expert in all aspects of bank loans. This role involves close collaboration with a variety of internal and external partners, including broker-dealers, outsourced vendors, service providers, and custodians/trustees. The VP will be responsible for overseeing outsourced operations functions, performing daily quality control checks, and executing retained operations functions. Additionally, the role includes providing operational support to loan trading desks, acting as a point of escalation for custodians and trustees, and monitoring trade metrics. Applicants must have an in-depth knowledge of LSTA/LMA bank loan settlement processes and the full bank loan life cycle. A Bachelor's degree in finance or a related field is required, along with a minimum of 6 years' experience in bank loan middle office/operations. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI is essential, as is a strong academic record.
