Trusted by over 250 global enterprises, we deliver transformation with confidence.Position SummaryOpkey is seeking a Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of high-impact Oracle Cloud ERP implementations and enhancements. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on structure, collaboration, and accountability, and who can turn complex functional and technical requirements into seamless execution.You’ll work closely with clients, Oracle consultants, and internal teams to drive ERP transformations backed by Opkey’s powerful testing and assurance accelerators. This is a high-ownership role with real visibility, real impact, and a seat at the table on some of the most complex Oracle projects in the market.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the full delivery lifecycle of Oracle Cloud ERP projects, from planning and requirements through testing, cutover, and go-live.Partner with clients, Oracle functional and technical consultants, and internal teams to align on objectives, timelines, and deliverables.Define and manage project scope, schedules, budgets, RAID logs, and communication plans.Oversee test planning, execution, and automation activities in collaboration with QA and Opkey automation teams.Drive project governance through status reports, dashboards, and stakeholder communications.Ensure high-quality delivery across Oracle modules including Finance, SCM, and HCM.Lead UAT cycles, cutover planning, deployment readiness, and post-go-live stabilization.Mentor team members and promote a culture of collaboration, ownership, and continuous improvement.Typical Daily ActivitiesRun a project standup and clear blockers across client and delivery teams.Review RAID logs and adjust risk mitigation plans as needed.Facilitate a client governance session and present project status and upcoming milestones.Coordinate with QA and automation teams on test cycle progress and defect resolution.Align with Oracle consultants on module-specific delivery dependencies.Update project schedules and communicate timeline changes to stakeholders.Support cutover planning activities and track readiness checkpoints.Prep executive-level project reports and steering committee materials.Qualifications8+ years of experience, including 5+ years managing Oracle Cloud ERP projects.Proven success delivering Oracle Cloud implementations or large-scale enhancements across Finance, SCM, HCM, or cross-functional tracks.Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud implementation lifecycle, testing phases, data migration, and integration touchpoints.Experience with project tools such as JIRA, MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar.Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and risk management skills.Solid understanding of Agile and Waterfall delivery models.Working knowledge of ERP testing or automation tools; Opkey experience is a strong advantage.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.Bonus Points If You HaveOracle Cloud certification(s) in Financials, SCM, HCM, or Project Management.Experience with ERP test automation platforms, or manual test automation processesPMP, PRINCE2, CSM, or equivalent project management certification.Experience managing multi-country rollouts or large enterprise transformation programs.Why Join OpkeyFast-growing, AI-driven platform shaping the future of ERP testing and assurance.Work with global enterprises and talented cross-functional teams on Oracle transformation.High-ownership, collaborative culture with real flexibility and growth.Remote work flexibility and visibility with leadership.Continuous learning, global exposure, and the opportunity to make true impact every day.BenefitsLTD, STD, Company Paid LifeCompetitive salaryHealth, dental and vision coverage paid at 80% for individuals and 60% for other coverage tiersPaid Family LeaveGenerous PTOEqual Opportunity at OpkeyOpkey is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
