For our client located in Basel, Switzerland we are currently looking for a Change Management - Dev AI & across AI Portfolio (m/f/d)General information:Duration: asap - 31.12.2025Workload: 100% Remote but potential for some travel to Basel (approx. once a quarter) or for specific workshopsDeliverables and ServicesService Provider’s Resource working in collaboration with our client, will provide the below consultancy services to our client which will be reviewed on a regular basis as part of our client's program governance:Change impact assessment (CIA)Develop detailed change impact assessment and keep it up to date in line with any design changesIf included in Change Management workstream scope, develop detailed SOP impact assessment, monitor and report on any updatesDeliver change governance and management including milestones/checkpoints.Infuse communication, engagement and training plan with results of refined and finalized change impact assessmentChange management & adoption planDevelop detailed change management plan with key milestonesDefine adoption plan and identify reinforcement activities/toolsDefine metrics to measure the success engagement activities, change readiness and leadership advocacy measuresCarry out change progress and KPIs trackingPrepare a dedicated hyper care plan including reinforcement support during hyper care (support available, intervention planning if needed, etc.)Stakeholder managementConduct stakeholder analysis and identify and engage with key stakeholders and change champions (as required).Develop detailed engagement plan including specific engagement activities (e.g., well-being initiatives, roadshows, workshops etc.) for all relevant audiencesSecure change network approach buy-in and identify change network members (including superusers) and advocatesOngoing management of the change network (including localization/development of change champion cascade communications)Conduct regular Change Advocates meetings (monthly & ad-hoc detailed in Comms Plan) and track outcomesCommunicationDevelop and execute detailed Communications Plan (Ongoing - Preparation, Review, Adapt, Delivery, Impact) for all target audiences and stakeholdersDevelop a communications matrix outlining audience segments, key messages and channelsSupport awareness building and pre-training communications & engagementDevelop content to support Sponsors and leaders in key stakeholder meetings/events/reporting (e.g., roadshows, town halls, etc.)TrainingConduct training needs analysis and role-based curricula creation based on change impact assessmentsCoordinate Train the Trainer program, Trainer recruitment, and relevant supportsWork with the vendor to facilitate end user participation in UAT and training activitiesEnsure training content and material is reviewed and endorsed by key stakeholdersRequirementsNo specific location or language requirementsStrong Change delivery background+7 years of delivery experience
