AI Transformation Manager

The role focuses on identifying practical AI opportunities, helping teams understand and use AI tools, and driving measurable improvements through GenAI, LLMs, automation, and related technologies.Main Responsibilities:Identify AI opportunities across product, operations, commercial, marketing, HR, finance, and other teams.Work with stakeholders to understand business needs and propose practical AI solutions.Research and evaluate AI tools, platforms, and vendors.Deliver AI workshops, training, playbooks, and enablement materials.Support pilots and implementation of AI assistants, copilots, automation tools, and no-code/low-code solutions.Track AI adoption, impact, and KPIs.Act as an AI advisor for non-technical teams and leadership.Desired experience:3+ years in AI enablement, AI strategy, digital transformation, technical program management, or a similar role.Strong understanding of GenAI, LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, AI agents, and automation frameworks.Ability to connect AI solutions to business outcomes and ROI.Experience delivering workshops, training, or enablement programs.Strong project management, stakeholder management, and communication skills.Nice to have: OpenAI API, Azure AI, Copilot, LangChain, Python, no-code/low-code tools, AI governance.
