Strong English communication is essential.Core ResponsibilitiesYou will lead the architectural evolution of a business-critical platform, focusing on improving scalability, security, and maintainability. This includes defining a modern target architecture and supporting the transition from legacy systems to cloud-ready solutions.As a .NET expert, you will review existing C# codebases, identify risks, and guide refactoring aligned with modern standards. You will also take ownership of Identity & Access Management architecture, ensuring secure authentication and authorization aligned with OAuth2, OIDC, and JWT.Collaboration is key — you will work closely with cross-functional teams across engineering, product, and infrastructure, while also supporting Agile delivery by translating architecture into clear technical tasks.You will regularly communicate with senior stakeholders, providing clear updates on progress, risks, and technical decisions.Key Skills RequiredStrong experience with C# and .NET architecture (modern and legacy systems)Proven expertise in Identity & Access Management (IAM)Solid understanding of OAuth2, OIDC, and JWT protocolsExperience with platform modernisation (cloud migration, refactoring, system upgrades)Strong background in distributed and cloud-native architecturesKnowledge of APIs, microservices, and integration patternsExperience working in Agile (Scrum / Kanban) environmentsAbility to translate architecture into technical deliverables (epics, user stories)Strong leadership and stakeholder management skillsExcellent written and verbal English communicationNice to HaveExperience with large-scale system transformation projectsExposure to database modernisation and data architectureBackground in mentoring teams and setting engineering standardsExperience working in globally distributed teams
