You should be highly insightful, possessing a deep understanding of the packaged food & beverage market, healthy food and dietary supplement trends, and evolving consumer lifestyle shifts.Roles & ResponsibilitiesProduct Lifecycle & Development ManagementManage product development and the product mix, including designing price and cost structures.Lead product introduction and alignment between our HQ in South Korea and the US team.Work closely with R&D, manufacturers, and relevant suppliers.Design product labels in cooperation with the design team and HQ, ensuring all label statements comply with FDA regulations.Market Research & GTM StrategyDevelop end-to-end go-to-market (GTM) strategies and actionable execution plans.Analyze market competition and stay ahead of emerging market opportunities.Lead product concept creation, packaging design, pricing strategies, and consumer surveys.Analyze survey results to successfully identify consumers’ unmet needs and desires.Marketing & Sales SupportCreate compelling digital content for SNS, copywriting, product-concept boards, website content, sell sheets, and advertisements.Manage external agencies handling marketing, SEM, SNS, and other paid channels within the allocated budget.Support on/offline sales teams to empower and drive their sales activities.Operations & CollaborationCoordinate seamlessly with the supply chain management team regarding product shipping, assembly, and logistics.Report to the Manager or Director regularly and handle other duties flexibly as assigned.Required Skills & CharacteristicsExperience: 3+ years of full-time work experience managing products and marketing content specifically within the food & beverage or dietary supplement industries.Language: English native speaker. Bilingual skills in Korean & English (both written and verbal) are required to communicate effectively with HQ.Culture: Previous experience working within Asian or Asian corporate cultures.Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred.Technical Proficiency: Highly developed analytic and creative thinking skills. Proficient in MS Office, AI platforms, and audio/video editing programs.Work Style: Proven ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and work independently as a self-directed team player.Travel & Legal: Valid legal driver’s license and capability to drive. Willingness and flexibility to take business trips as needed.
