This position requires both technical marketing expertise and exceptional project management skills. You'll manage our annual paid media in partnership with our digital agency, oversee influencer programs, coordinate vendors and creative partners, and ensure flawless campaign execution across all channels.The ideal candidate brings strong paid digital media knowledge (Google Ads, YouTube, Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and others), understands how to leverage AI tools for marketing efficiency, and excels at translating strategy into action. You'll work closely with the Director of Marketing and serve as the primary day-to-day contact for our digital agency partner.Key ResponsibilitiesPaid Media Management & Agency PartnershipServe as the primary day-to-day contact for the digital agency managing monthly paid media spendMonitor daily performance across Google Ads, YouTube, Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest - flag issues and opportunitiesReview and provide strategic input on agency recommendations and testing roadmapsCoordinate creative asset delivery and ensure campaigns launch on scheduleAnalyze campaign performance and provide insights on ROAS, CPA, conversion rates, and attributionManage campaign budgets and pacing across platformsCreate weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable recommendationsAI & Marketing TechnologyLeverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, etc.) to improve marketing efficiency and creativityUse AI for content creation, copywriting, image generation, data analysis, and workflow automationStay current on AI marketing tools and recommend new applicationsTrain team on AI tool usage and best practicesExplore AI applications for customer segmentation, personalization, and predictive analyticsProject Management & Campaign ExecutionManage end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns across all channelsCreate and maintain detailed project timelines with clear accountabilityCoordinate cross-functional teams (retail, creative, operations)Proactively identify and resolve campaign bottlenecksManage marketing calendar and ensure team alignmentInfluencer & Affiliate Program ManagementManage day-to-day operations of influencer program through the GRIN platformPartner with an influencer program strategist on strategy and growthCoordinate influencer outreach, gifting, content approvals, and performance trackingNegotiate contracts and ensure complianceTrack program ROI and identify optimization opportunitiesVendor & Agency ManagementServe as the main point of contact for digital agencies, creative agencies, and contractorsCoordinate project briefs, timelines, and deliverablesManage creative feedback loops and revision processesTrack vendor performance and manage contractsEmail Marketing & CopywritingWrite email briefs and marketing copy using AI tools for efficiencyCoordinate email deployment and ensure timely disseminationMaintain brand voice consistency across all communicationsSupport the social media team with content planningQualificationsRequired:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field4-6 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on paid mediaStrong working knowledge of paid digital advertising platforms: Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Display, YouTube), Meta Ads Manager (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok Ads, Pinterest AdsHands-on experience analyzing campaign performance: ROAS, CPA, CTR, conversion rates, attribution modelsProficiency with Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion trackingActive user of AI tools for marketing (ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, etc.) with the ability to train othersExperience with e-commerce platforms, preferably ShopifyExceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyStrong analytical skills - comfortable with data and Excel/Google SheetsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExperience with project management tools (Asana, Monday, Trello, or similar)Detail-oriented with strong proofreading skillsPreferredExperience working with paid media agencies or in-house with agency partnersFamiliarity with influencer marketing platforms (GRIN preferred)Email marketing platform experience (Klaviyo preferred)Experience in e-commerce, retail, beauty, or luxury goodsGoogle Ads or Meta Blueprint certificationsInterest in or knowledge of fragrance and perfumeryCreative copywriting skillsExperience with marketing automation and AI workflowsPosition DetailsLocation: Burbank, CASchedule: Full-time, on-site 5 days per weekWhat We OfferAnnual salary range from $75K - $90K annually (depending on experience)401(k) retirement planPaid time offFull medical and dental plansModern, collaborative office spaceDirect access to company leadershipOpportunity to make a real impact in a growing luxury brand
