This role will own customer acquisition, retention, subscription growth, and digital revenue performance across all major channels including Paid Media, SEO, CRM/Lifecycle, Organic Social, Influencer & Creator Partnerships, Affiliate, and Conversion Optimization.This is a highly strategic but hands-on leadership opportunity for someone who understands how to scale profitable growth while building strong systems, teams, and processes. You’ll partner cross-functionally with Creative, Merchandising, Engineering, Data, and Brand teams to drive measurable impact across revenue, CAC, ROAS, LTV, retention, and subscription performance.What You’ll DoOwn and scale paid media performance across Google, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, and DisplayLead SEO strategy including technical SEO, content growth, site optimization, and organic revenue expansionOversee CRM & Lifecycle Marketing across Email, SMS, retention, loyalty, subscription, and win-back programsBuild and scale influencer, creator, affiliate, and partnership marketing programsDrive landing page optimization, A/B testing, personalization, and conversion rate improvementsManage multi-million-dollar digital marketing budgets and forecastingLead and mentor internal teams, agencies, and external partnersDevelop reporting frameworks focused on ROAS, CAC, LTV, retention, and revenue growthQualifications15+ years of experience in Digital, Performance, or Growth Marketing7+ years in eCommerce, DTC, or omni-channel retail environmentsProven experience owning full-funnel growth across Paid Media plus at least two of the following: SEO, CRM/Lifecycle, Organic Social/Creator, or AffiliateStrong hands-on experience with platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, Shopify, Klaviyo, GA4, Ahrefs/Semrush, and attribution toolsExperience building or scaling influencer/creator programs and performance-driven content strategiesStrong analytical and financial acumen with experience managing large budgets and forecasting growth performanceExcellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skillsPreferred ExperienceDTC subscription or replenishment business experienceExperience leading high-growth digital marketing teamsFamiliarity with creator platforms, affiliate networks, and modern eCommerce tech stacksBackground in premium consumer, lifestyle, or home goods brands preferredCompensation & Benefits$185,000–$215,000 base salaryMedical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance401(k)Paid Holidays & PTOGrowth-focused, fast-paced environment with high ownership and impact
