We want your knowledge and expertise!Job Summary and QualificationsThe Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) delivers high quality, patient-centered care and coordinates all functions in the unit. In partnership with the management team, the CNC monitors and evaluates nursing care in accordance with established policies. The CNC serves as a resource for staff and supports an unparalleled patient experience.What you will do in this role:Partner with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate, evaluate, customize, and deliver high quality, patient-centered care.Assist with admission and discharge processes.Partner with subject matter experts and leadership team to support improved outcomes and service.Provide coaching, feedback, and training to improve performance and engagement.Assist with staff scheduling.What qualifications you will need:Advanced Cardiac Life Spt must be obtained within 6 months of employment start dateBasic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 3 days of employment start dateNonviolent Crisis Intervention must be obtained within 6 months of employment start dateAssociate Degree, or Registered Nurse DiplomaAdvance Practice Registered Nurse (APRN), or Registered NurseHCA Florida Blake Hospital is a 383 bed hospital. We are located in Bradenton, FL. We have a thirteen acre campus by the Gulf Coast beaches. We are the only state-designated Level II trauma center in Manatee, Sarasota and DeSoto Counties. We have received verification by the American College of Surgeons. Our services include 24-hour emergency care, open-heart surgery, burn care, cancer care, joint replacement and inpatient rehabilitation.
