Salary: $200,000 - $300,000 per year A bit about us: We are an industry leader that has gone through a leadership refresh and looking for a Sr. Vice President to drive growth in our most important business unit, engineering services. We've been around many years, and along with a leadership refresh over the last three years, have accelerated our growth - double digits on both topline and EBITDA Why join us? This company has built an engineering services business unit that is over $100m in annual revenue. This group is poised for more growth and finding the right leader is the next step! This role will be focused on standardizing the division's operations including sales, operations, and engineering. You'll work with Sales to understand what opportunities exist in the landscape and how to respond to them. Making sure pricing, and delivery capabilities are consistently communicated across geographies. From there this will work with operations to understand what kind of support the sales and engineering teams need to complete the tasks. And finally working with engineering to make sure there is consistent delivery all the while, allocating resources so that engineer utilization is high. Job Details In order to be considered you'll need the following: 1. You'll have an EE degree and ideally a PE. Non-PE's will be considered on an individual basis. 2. You'll understand power systems and utility-sized power generation technology 3. You will have exceptional EQ. For as much strategy as this position is, it's very much a people leadership position. 4. Finally, the right candidate will be both strategic and tactical. Being able to create org charts, and understand how a customer needs to be serviced while communicating how that will affect growth over time. Interested in hearing more?
