VP Service - Power Systems

The Vice President of Service – Power Systems Service Division (PSD) provides leadership, strategic direction, and operational oversight for all Power Systems service operations across the business unit. This role is responsible for driving profitable growth, operational excellence, and industry-leading customer experience in the delivery of WCAT Power Systems products and services.DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?WHAT YOU'LL DOProvide leadership and direction for all Power Systems Service Division field and shop operations.Drive operational excellence, service quality, and continuous improvement initiatives.Develop and implement strategies to grow service revenue and profitability.Own the financial performance of the division including revenue, margins, and expense management.Develop and manage the PSD service budget and oversee resource allocation.Lead, develop and evaluate service leadership and personnel across the division.Oversee recruiting, succession planning, performance management and employee development.Partner with Sales and Account Managers to identify growth opportunities and strengthen customer relationships.Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service delivery excellence.Ensure compliance with environmental and operational standards.Promote and enforce WCAT Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) policies.WHAT YOU'LL NEEDBachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; and/or ten years of related experience and/ or training.Strong decision-making skills in complex, fast-paced environmentsAbility to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.Ability to write reports, business correspondence.Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.Valid Driver's License and Clean Driving RecordProficient in the use of Microsoft Office.
