Seeking BC Family Practice or Internal Medicine physician to join our Primary Care practice- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM- Outpatient only- Access to state-of-the-art equipment and comprehensive resources- Collaborative team of physicians and Advanced Practice Providers (APPs)- Explain and discuss procedures, test results, or prescribed treatment with the patient- Refers patients to medical specialists when necessary- Represents the practice at Hospital committees in such a manner that the burden of attending the meetings is reasonably distributed among all of the physicians in the group- Collaborate and manage APPs- Annual Compensation Range: $320,000 - $418,000 (full time)- Supervision: $12,000 per year per 1.0 FTE APP- Signing Bonus: up to $30,000- Retention Bonus (beginning at the completion of the 2nd year): up to $30,000 per year- Relocation bonus: Up to $10,000 (based on location)- Residency Stipend: Up to $24,000- Active CA license required
