Our Client is looking for an experienced CNC Machine Operators. In this role, you'll set up, and operate machines to fabricate and manufacture metal components. You'll collaborate with Engineering to optimize processes while maintaining a safe, efficient, and high-quality work environment.What You'll DoOperate CNC machines to produce precision metal componentsInterpret work instructions, engineering drawings, and process standardsSet up machines, install tooling, and select appropriate programsMeasure and inspect parts using micrometers, gauges, optical comparators, dial indicators, and height gaugesPerform first-piece inspections and document resultsComplete machine changeovers, clean equipment, and perform basic tooling maintenanceMonitor tooling and raw material inventoryOperate supporting equipment such as drills, grinders, and disc/ring cellsEnter production and inspection data accurately into the ERP systemCollaborate with Engineering and Production to improve quality, efficiency, and cost controlWhat You Bring2-10 years of CNC machining experienceStrong blueprint reading and GD&T knowledgeExpertise in precision measurement and quality inspectionAbility to identify process improvements and cost-saving opportunitiesStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently and manage prioritiesComfortable with computers and manufacturing software1706-2Express Office: Lancaster1380 Harrisburg PikeSuite ALancaster, PA 17601
