Management Preferences: Provide system support to a wide range of stakeholders including AAMVA, NC DIT, DCIU, Driver License Help Desk, State Highway Patrol officers, DMV administrative staff and other participating states via telephone and the unit service account.Delivers driver license research data and reporting services to Driver Services administrative staff and various sections within the Division of Motor Vehicles.Utilize SADLS, NDR, CDLIS, PDPS, RDLIS, and/or SPEXS.Perform a range of office duties including but not limited to reviewing customer records, processing reports, and emailing other states for assistance with S2S records.Minimum Education And ExperienceSome state job postings say you can qualify by an “equivalent combination of education and experience.” If that language appears below, then you may qualify through EITHER years of education OR years of directly related experience, OR a combination of both.
