The goal of this position is to ensure the office runs smoothly, remains organized, and provides a welcoming environment for employees and visitors.Responsibilities:Office Support Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department. Manage incoming and outgoing mail to ensure timely distribution and pickup. Greet guests and visitors and ensure they are directed to the correct meeting location. Assist with general office needs as they arise. Ordering business lunchesOffice Maintenance & Organization Ensure all break rooms and bathrooms are stocked and maintained. Monitor office cleanliness and help coordinate general upkeep. Organize and maintain and clean Supply/Copy room Make sure trash is emptied regularly, including the trash can by the gas pump area. Assist with handling and reporting maintenance or repair needs around the office. Operational Support Assist with planning and organizing company events. Support Business Development development maps / municipal maps Support ops team with administrative tasksMarketing & Company Materials Support the marketing team by helping with apparel inventory. Assist with distributing new company merchandise as needed. HR & Employee Onboarding Support Assist HR with new hire orientation tasks including: o Taking orientation photosPreparing PPE bags and ensuring PPE is name branded oAssist with distributing PPE when needed Adding new hires to the employee contact listAdministrative Assistance Assist various departments with administrative tasks when needed. Qualifications: Bilingual (English/Spanish) required. Strong customer service skills with a professional, friendly, and approachable demeanor. Previous administrative or office support experience preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fastpaced environment. Proficient in basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, etc.). Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
