Farmhouse Kitchen Manager

Stoltzfus Meats is seeking a Farmhouse Kitchen Manager to oversee the daily operations of the Farmhouse Kitchen production team. This leadership role is responsible for coordinating food production activities, supervising team members, maintaining product quality standards, and ensuring efficient kitchen operations that support retail, wholesale, and distribution needs.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee daily Farmhouse Kitchen production operations and workflowCoordinate food preparation, assembly, packaging, and fulfillment activitiesDevelop and manage daily production schedules based on operational needsSupervise and support Food Production Workers and kitchen team membersTrain employees on recipes, procedures, food safety, and operational expectationsMonitor employee performance and provide coaching and feedbackEnsure compliance with food safety, sanitation, GMP, and HACCP standardsMonitor product quality, consistency, freshness, and presentationMonitor ingredient and packaging inventory levelsCoordinate with bakery, retail, and distribution teams to support production demandsPromote safe work practices and operational consistencyQualificationsPrevious kitchen, food production, or food manufacturing experience requiredSupervisory or leadership experience preferredStrong organizational and time management skillsKnowledge of food safety, sanitation, GMP, and HACCP practices preferredDependable, detail-oriented, and team-focusedApplicants must be at least 18 years of agePhysical RequirementsAbility to stand and walk for extended periods of timeAbility to frequently lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 poundsAbility to perform repetitive food preparation and packaging tasksAbility to work in kitchen and food production environmentsEqual Employment Opportunity Stoltzfus Meats is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
