This role is responsible for department leadership, production oversight, staffing, scheduling, food safety compliance, and overall department performance. The Bakery Manager ensures consistent product quality, operational efficiency, and a positive team culture.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage all bakery production and retail operations.Supervise Bakery Supervisor and bakery team members.Oversee scheduling, staffing, and labor management.Monitor inventory, ordering, and waste control.Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.Maintain clean and organized workspaces and equipmentMaintain product quality, consistency, and presentation standards.Coach and develop team members through training and accountability.Collaborate with store leadership to support overall sales and performance.Qualifications3+ years of bakery, food production, or food service leadership experience.Strong organizational and leadership skills.Knowledge of baking processes and food safety regulations.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Physical RequirementsAbility to stand for extended periods.Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.Comfortable working in warm bakery environmentBenefitsHealth Insurance401(k)Paid Time Off after 60 DaysEmployee Assistance ProgramEqual Opportunity Employer:Stoltzfus Meats is an equal opportunity employer.
