Help Desk Technician

As an IT Help Desk Technician, you will: Provide timely technical support while developing and maintaining relationships with customers to troubleshoot their computer software and hardware issues. We believe you will be most successful if you've had hands-on experience with: ● IT Help Desk Support ● Microsoft Office, Office 365, Google Workspace ● Windows OS ● Mac and iOS experience a plus ● Active Directory ● Remote support and best practices Certifications that are beneficial in the role: CompTIA A+/Network+ Don’t have any? We will help you get more! We pay for your certifications. Other Needs · Regular and reliable attendance to our Lane County office location. Do not apply if you are not in the Eugene/Springfield area. This is not a remote position. Some local travel to clients using your own vehicle. Mileage is reimbursed.
