Help Desk Technician
Emerald Technology Group, a local and fast growing IT managed services and consulting firm in the Eugene/Springfield area, is looking for an experienced and highly detailed IT Help Desk Technician.

As an IT Help Desk Technician, you will:
Provide timely technical support while developing and maintaining relationships with customers to troubleshoot their computer software and hardware issues.
We believe you will be most successful if you've had hands-on experience with:
● IT Help Desk Support
● Microsoft Office, Office 365, Google Workspace
● Windows OS
● Mac and iOS experience a plus
● Active Directory
● Remote support and best practices
Certifications that are beneficial in the role:
CompTIA A+/Network+

Other Needs
· Regular and reliable attendance to our Lane County office location. Do not apply if you are not in the Eugene/Springfield area. This is not a remote position.
Some local travel to clients using your own vehicle. Mileage is reimbursed.
A background check and valid driver’s license
Citizenship is required - we're unable to sponsor at this time.
Hours
Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Weekends: On-call rotation
