Sr Technical Consultant

Akkodis is seeking a Sr Technical Consultant for a Contract with a client in Santa Clara, CA(Remote) . Candidate must have strong expertise in ServiceNow CSM and FSM to lead scalable end-to-end solution architectures. Rate Range: $80/hour to $83/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.Sr Technical Consultant job responsibilities include:Leads the architecture and deployment of ServiceNow CSM and FSM solutions across enterprise environments.Oversees customization, configuration, and optimization of ServiceNow modules to ensure scalability and best-practice alignment.Designs integrations with systems such as LDAP, Active Directory, SAP, and API-based applications for seamless data flow.Guides technical teams through mentorship, enforcing development standards and high-quality delivery practices.Reviews and enhances platform performance by improving workflows, data models, and governance controls.Engages with clients to provide expert recommendations on process automation, architecture, and platform capabilities.Required Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline.Strong background delivering ServiceNow CSM and FSM implementations across enterprise environments.Proven ability to architect, customize, and optimize ServiceNow CSM and FSM modules for scalable customer and field service operations.Demonstrated expertise integrating ServiceNow with enterprise systems such as LDAP, Active Directory, SAP, and custom API-based applications.If you are interested in this role, then please click APPLY NOW.
