Technical Solutions Engineer

We are seeking a Technical Solutions Engineer to play a key role in improving the efficiency, capability, and reliability of our warehouse technologies. In this role, you will design and develop technical solutions, write high-quality code, and collaborate closely with DevOps, Networking, and Server teams to enhance delivery, stability, and security across the organization.What You'll DoCollaborate with stakeholders, product owners, and developers to design architecture and automation solutionsPartner with facilities and developers to select and implement conveyance and warehouse automation technologyEnsure solutions follow SOLID principles and leverage appropriate design patternsProduce design documentation for enterprise and division-level systemsProvide high-level effort estimates for new projects and enhancementsParticipate in Agile sprint planning by estimating features and storiesDevelop high-quality software independently using SQL, C#, HTML, Bootstrap (or similar), and/or PLC/ladder logicConduct code reviews and collaborate on deployment plansPartner with DevOps and development teams to grow CI/CD maturity and toolingIdentify, address, and reduce technical debt across systemsRecommend tools and best practices to improve speed, quality, and securityMaintain confidentiality and support additional duties as assignedCore SkillsStrong verbal and written communicationExceptional attention to detailPowersports industry knowledge (a plus!)Familiarity with pneumatic, mechanical, and electronic warehouse conveyance and automation systems Familiarity with warehousing/distribution operationsExpertise in software architecture and designSQL (T-SQL preferred), schema design, and database optimizationPLC/Automation Controls experienceWeb development experience (Blazor, Bootstrap, MVVM/MVC, C#)Systems communication and integration (COMTROL, TCP, UDP)DevOps familiarity and CI/CD conceptsExperience with modern web technologies such as Blazor, WASM, ASP.NET, and REST APIsQualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field4-6 years warehouse domain knowledge required4–6 years designing and implementing enterprise-grade systems using C#4–6 years leading design and architecture efforts for complex systems2–4 years mentoring developers, leading technical projects, and driving process improvement in Agile or hybrid environmentsAbility to travel up to 5% of the timeDisclaimer LeMans Corporation is an equal opportunity employer.
