Title: Senior Project/Program ManagerLocation: NJSeeking a senior-level Project Manager with strong experience in R&D commercialization and operational/project execution. Preference is for candidates based in the Americas, with North America as the top priority.Job SummaryThe Senior Project Manager leads and oversees all phases of project delivery, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and control, and closure, ensuring successful outcomes aligned with organizational objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with the project sponsor and project leader to define and finalize the project charterLead cross-functional planning sessions, develop the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), and build a consensus-driven project scheduleOversee day-to-day project execution, tracking progress through schedules and RAID logsOrganize and facilitate project meetings, including agenda preparation and action trackingUse project schedules and RAID logs to maintain clear communication, alignment, and transparency across stakeholdersEnsure all project documentation (technical, legal, financial, contractual, etc.) is accurate, up to date, and easily accessibleDocument and communicate meeting outcomes, decisions, and action items effectivelyPrepare and deliver regular project status reports, including financial and budget updatesSupport quality assurance processes to ensure deliverables meet defined standards and objectivesPerform additional project-related responsibilities as requiredQualifications & RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related fieldActive PMP certification required10+ years of project management experienceAdvanced proficiency with PPM tools (e.g., MS Project, Planview, Smartsheet)Strong presentation, negotiation, and detail-oriented skillsAbility to tailor communication effectively for different audiences, including senior executivesIndustry experience in Healthcare, Biotechnology, or Medical DevicesProven ability to engage and influence senior leadership with exceptional communication and presentation skillsCapable of working independently under the guidance of a Senior Director, driving and coordinating cross-functional initiatives
