We are currently seekingsomeone to help in our Crowley office for administrative duties. The position is currentlya part-time position with the potential to turn full-time within a year. Pay is hourly at $12.00–$15.00 per hour, based on experience. This is a part-time position averaging 15 hours per week (5 hours per day on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday).This part-time Office Administration role is an on-site position located in Crowley, TX. The Office Administrator will manage a variety of day-to-day administrative and clerical tasks. Responsibilities include organizing office operations, assisting in customer service inquiries, supporting accounting tasks, and coordinating appointments and schedules. The role requires excellent multitasking abilities and attention to detail to ensure smooth office operations.Responsibilities:Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and team membersProficiency in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration for managing office tasks efficiently Basic knowledge of Accounting to assist with financial and bookkeeping tasks Excellent organizational skills and attention to detailWork effectively in a fast-paced, on-site environment Inbound/Outbound phone relief to assist our amazing customers.Routing and scheduling the technicians calls for the upcoming days. Performing “happy” calls each day with our wonderful customers and checking in on any outstanding proposals sent out as well.
