This position supports the production process by operating corner cleaning equipment to remove excess weld material from window sash frames and ensure a clean, finished product that meets quality standards.Job Duties:Place welded window sash frames into a corner cleaning machine to remove excess vinyl weld materialOperate and monitor corner cleaning equipment to ensure proper finishing of frame cornersInspect completed pieces for quality, alignment, and smoothnessRemove defective parts and notify supervisors of quality concernsMaintain consistent production pace in a fast-paced manufacturing environmentStand at a workstation for extended periods while performing repetitive tasksFollow measurement guidelines and visual quality standardsKeep work area clean and organizedFollow all safety procedures and wear required PPE (closed-toe shoes and safety glasses; gloves optional)Shift & Pay:$12.00/hourMondayThursday / 8:00 AM -7:00PMOvertime required based on production needsPosition Requirements:Ability to stand for the entire shift and perform repetitive tasksAbility to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs. as neededComfortable working around machinery and production equipmentStrong attention to detail to ensure product qualityDependable attendance and willingness to work overtime as requiredAbility to work efficiently in a team-oriented production environment
