Someone who enjoys designing analogue front ends from scratch. Someone who cares about precision, signal integrity, grounding, shielding, timing, stability, and squeezing every last bit of performance out of hardware.This role is for a hands-on engineer who loves building real systems — not just simulating them.You’ll be working on next-generation quantum sensing and advanced sensing technologies across areas including:precision instrumentation, inertial sensing, navigation systems, magnetic sensing, RF electronics, and ultra-low-noise measurement systems. What You’ll Be DoingDesigning and building precision analogue and mixed-signal circuits Developing ultra-low-noise electronics for advanced sensing systems Creating sensor interface electronics and signal conditioning systems Working on RF and navigation-related hardware Building prototypes, testing systems, debugging issues, and refining performance Collaborating closely with physicists and multidisciplinary engineering teams Taking concepts from idea → prototype → validated hardware Solving difficult real-world signal and measurement challenges This is a deeply hands-on engineering role where practical experimentation and circuit intuition matter.We’re Looking For Someone WhoHas spent years building electronics because they genuinely enjoy it Loves circuit design and experimental hardware development Understands analogue electronics deeply Naturally thinks about: noise, precision, grounding, EMI/EMC, signal integrity, timing, shielding, and measurement accuracy Enjoys working in the lab testing and improving hardware Has strong intuition around sensors, electronics, and real-world signal behaviour Likes solving difficult engineering problems that don’t have textbook answers Wants to push the boundaries of sensing and electronic performance Technical ExperienceWe are interested in engineers with strong experience in several of the following:Precision analogue circuit design Low-noise electronics , Sensor systems and sensor interfaces Signal acquisition and conditioning Mixed-signal electronics PCB design and layout , RF electronics , Navigation or inertial systems EMC/EMI mitigation, Precision instrumentation Experimental R&D hardware development BackgroundBachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in: Electrical Engineering or Electronics Engineering Applied Physics or related disciplines4-15 years of industry or R&D experience within advanced electronics, sensing, instrumentation, RF, or related technical environments.
