Electrical Project ManagerFrankfurt or Berlin, Germany12 Month Contract - rate TBC JD Ross are partnered with a leading European EPC seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to deliver complex, mission‑critical projects in Germany. The role involves full lifecycle management of large-scale electrical installations within live, high‑risk environments, ensuring safety, quality, cost, and programme certainty.Key ResponsibilitiesLead delivery of electrical works, ensuring client requirements, programme milestones, and performance targets are met.Act as principal client interface, building strong working relationships and supporting repeat business.Manage site teams and internal resources to deliver safely, on time, and to specification.Drive best practice in health, safety, and quality, embedding “Right First Time” delivery.Plan and control labour, materials, subcontractors, procurement, and logistics.Develop and maintain detailed construction schedules in collaboration with project planners.Coordinate with commercial teams on contracts, change control, payment certification, and cost management.Oversee commissioning documentation, installed drawings, and O&M manuals.Manage works within live environments, including permits, RAMS, LOTO, and COHE compliance.Provide regular progress reporting and KPI updates to clients and stakeholders.Experience & QualificationsRecognised trade qualification and/or relevant third-level qualification.Proven experience in electrical project management on large-scale installations (Utilities, Data Centers or Substations).Proven ability to manage substantial site teams and complex project delivery.Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, including UPS, generators, BMS, EPMS, STS, busbar, and PDUs.Experience in design-and-build environments and live operational facilities.Strong understanding of health & safety legislation and site best practice.Excellent communication, organisational, and stakeholder management skills.Able to perform under pressure and consistently deliver against demanding deadlines.Please apply directly or contact matthew.askew@jdrossenergy.com for more info.
