Key responsibilities include risk management, legal strategy development, international legal support, general compliance, and team management. Applicants for the General Counsel position at the company should have a law degree from an accredited institution, a minimum of 15 years' related experience, and a proven track record of managing large legal teams. The role demands a leader with a strong aptitude for problem-solving, high emotional intelligence, and the ability to collaborate across diverse teams. Experience in a broad range of legal issues, including tax, political law, lobbying, international operations, and employment matters, is essential.
