This role acts as a vital technical bridge between HR professionals, people operations, program managers, and the broader organization. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and operating secure, scalable applications, automations, and AI workflows that transform manual HR processes into efficient, production-grade solutions. Your expertise will enable the automation of core HR functions such as employee self-service, onboarding, offboarding, knowledge retrieval, workforce planning, performance management, and total rewards analysis. The ideal candidate will have a passion for applying cutting-edge AI technology to solve complex challenges, scale modern HR functions, and make a measurable impact across the organization.
