The successful candidate will be tasked with leading the operational aspects of the business, including the development and scaling of systems, processes, and infrastructure to support growth and efficiency. This hands-on leadership position requires a strategic and tactical approach, with a focus on operational excellence, financial oversight, and the ability to connect and align cross-functional teams. Key responsibilities include overseeing the launch of new healthcare sites, maintaining standardized processes, advising on resource planning, and driving the execution of strategic initiatives. The role also involves supporting customer onboarding, and ensuring the integration of technology and infrastructure to enable high-quality, efficient care delivery. Applicants for the Vice President of Operations role at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an advanced degree such as an MBA preferred. A minimum of 10 years' of experience in operations, with at least 5 years' in a senior leadership role within multi-site and multi-regional healthcare operations, is required. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in launching new sites across multiple states, strong financial acumen, and experience in building and managing KPI frameworks. Direct experience in healthcare verticals such as physical therapy, medspas, dermatology, dental, veterinary medicine, or urgent care is essential. The role demands a leader who is adept at working with IT or technical teams, is comfortable with a range of technology tools, and has the ability to influence and lead in a fast-paced, growth-stage environment.
