We’re looking for a Construction Supervisor, based out of Irving or FT Worth, TX, to join our team and help connect America.Connecting You To Great BenefitsWeekly PaychecksPaid Time Off, Parental Leave, and HolidaysInsurance (including medical, prescription drug, dental, vision, disability, life insurance)401(k) w/ Company MatchStock Purchase PlanEducation ReimbursementLegal InsuranceDiscounts on gym memberships, pet insurance, and much more!What You’ll DoDirect, coordinate and supervise, dispatch, train, inspect, and monitor employees and subcontractors in the correct placement/repair of cable and restorations ensuring results are according to contract and process specificationsEnsure employees meet all safety, quality, and production goals according to rules, regulations, and standards set by companyMaintain daily production sheets and other reportingInspect trucks/equipment for defectsParticipate in daily/weekly calls with operations and customersResolve complaintsPerforms other duties as necessaryMust be able to demonstrate ability to maintain positive working relationships both internally and externallyWhat You’ll NeedAt least 18 years oldAuthorized to work in the United States for this company3+ years of experience within the Telecommunications or Utility Construction/Maintenance industryValid driver's license (CDL a plus)Basic knowledge of and ability to operate various types of utility trucks and equipment in a safe mannerBasic knowledge of and ability to use hand tools and equipment in a safe mannerAbility to read prints and interpret utility maps to identify the type and size of underground utilitiesProficient with Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, etc), Google applications, and/or other construction related software aplications Able to communicate effectively with customers, employees, etc.Able to lift/carry 50 lbs regularly and up to 75 lbs as needed with or without assistanceAble to work as needed (over-time, after hours, on weekends, for emergencies or on-call)Why grow your career with usYour career here is more than just a job — it's your pathway to opportunity.
