We operate along a core set of values that set us apart in how we work and who is a great fit for our team: service, entrepreneurship, and joy.This position will begin when hired and is a SEASONAL role during football season that will end December 1st, 2026.Job DescriptionThe Seasonal Sales Coordinator is responsible for driving revenue growth through new business development, account management, and execution of strategic sales initiatives for assigned properties. This role owns the sales cycle for tailgates at the University of South Florida while ensuring a premium guest experience on football game days.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESPrimary duties to include, but not limited to the following:Sales & Revenue GenerationLead revenue-related activities for USF tailgates and event rentalsConduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, new markets, and growth opportunities, in and around the Tampa, FL area.Execute outbound prospecting strategies, including cold calling, emailing, and social selling (LinkedIn).Develop and implement lead generation campaigns (content, events, networking).Forecast sales and track key performance metrics.Account Management & Client ExperienceEnsure guest satisfaction before, during, and after eventsResolve client issues professionally and efficientlyTeam Collaboration & LeadershipPromote a culture of accountability and hospitality excellenceCollaborate with Florida team to ensure seamless executionPublic Relations & Community EngagementRepresent REVELXP at community and partner eventsStrengthen brand presence and relationships
