Job DescriptionThe Associate Territory Manager (ATM), Endourology, is a developmental commercial role designed to build the next generation of Dornier MedTech sales leaders. This position supports the Territory Manager in driving revenue across laser systems, single-use fibers, and related urology products while developing the clinical, commercial, and territory management competencies required for promotion to a full Territory Manager role. This is an entry point for driven, high-potential individuals who are ready to earn their place in a competitive, clinical sales environment. You will be expected to learn fast, work hard, take ownership, and demonstrate the kind of accountability and grit that defines a Dornier sales professional. High performers in this role have a clear and accelerated path to territorial ownership. TerritoryThe territory parameters for the Associate Territory Manager (Heartland) position include Nebraska, Oklahoma, Missouri, Kansas, and Arkansas. The ideal candidate will be based out of Kansas City, Missouri, or within about 20 minutes outside of Kansas City. The individual will be expected to travel extensively within these states, including to cities like Tulsa, Oklahoma City, and Topeka. Minimum RequirementsBachelor's degree or equivalent achievement Proven track record of achievement, resilience, and drive Strong communication skills; able to build credibility with clinical stakeholders Highly self-motivated with strong organization and time management Tech-savvy (MS Office, CRM) Willingness to travel 50-60% with valid driver's license Able to meet healthcare credentialing requirements Preferred:1-3 years of sales, healthcare, or clinical experience (med device/pharma preferred) Exposure to urology, surgical, or OR environments Experience with consultative selling Comfortable in clinical/procedural settings Passion for healthcare and continuous learning Job Requirements Support the Territory Manager in achieving revenue goals and managing assigned accounts Prospect and develop new business across hospitals, ASCs, and physician offices Execute daily sales activities, maintain CRM, and manage inventory Build clinical and product knowledge; support training and case coverage in the OR Develop relationships with key stakeholders and assist with demos and evaluations Learn consultative selling and financial concepts (GPOs, cost-per-case) Participate in training, planning, and performance development Ensure compliance with credentialing, policies, and industry standards Compensation Information Base: 55K (First year's rep can reach 130K)Commission: Paid out monthly Bonuses: Qtrly Bonuses available Phone Stipend: $75 Company Car w/ Fuel Travel Expenses fully covered Comprehensive Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage is effective on the date of hire.
