We are looking to bring on a marketing-focused team member to support paid advertising efforts across multiple businesses in our live entertainment portfolio. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing digital advertising campaigns — particularly campaigns that drive online ticket sales — and be comfortable working in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.This role is designed to support multiple brands/businesses under the client's portfolio, requiring someone adaptable, organized, and capable of handling various marketing initiatives simultaneously across a range of live event productions and venues.The company is seeking someone who can help improve ticket sales, customer acquisition, and overall advertising performance through platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads, with a strong focus on reaching targeted audiences most likely to purchase tickets online.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and optimize Google Ads campaigns to drive online ticket salesManage and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads campaigns targeting live event audiencesMonitor campaign performance and adjust strategies based on KPIs (ROAS, CPA, ticket conversions)Assist with paid media strategy across multiple live event businesses and productionsAnalyze advertising metrics and provide reporting insights tied to ticket sales performanceHelp improve ROI, ticket sales conversion rates, and audience targeting effectivenessCollaborate with ownership/team on marketing priorities, show launches, and campaign goalsPotentially support additional digital marketing initiatives as neededMust-Have QualificationsProven experience managing Google Ads campaignsProven experience managing Meta Ads campaignsStrong understanding of paid advertising strategy and optimizationAbility to analyze campaign performance data and make recommendationsOrganized and capable of managing priorities across multiple brands/businessesStrong communication skillsAbility to work independently in a remote environmentExperience marketing live events, concerts, theater productions, or ticketed experiencesNice-to-Have QualificationsExperience working with small businesses or entrepreneurs managing multiple companiesExperience driving online ticket sales or e-commerce conversionsFamiliarity with marketing analytics and reporting toolsExperience with creative testing and audience targetingBroader digital marketing experience (email marketing, funnels, SEO, etc.)
