Senior Digital Marketing Manager – Remote LATAM (EST Hours)Overview:Our client, a U.S.-based growth partner working across healthcare, B2B, and professional services, is looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Manager to lead multi-channel strategy and execution across client accounts.This is a strategic + hands-on role — you’ll own campaigns end-to-end across paid media, social, email, and influencer marketing, while leading a junior team.Key Responsibilities:Own digital marketing strategy across multiple client accountsPlan and manage paid media campaigns (Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn, TikTok)Lead multi-channel campaigns (paid, organic, email, influencer)Manage and mentor junior team membersOversee campaign structure, tracking, and performance optimizationBuild and manage reporting dashboards and KPIsTranslate performance data into clear strategic decisionsManage influencer campaigns (sourcing, negotiation, execution, ROI)Ensure consistency across CRM, content, and campaign executionSuccess in this role:Deliver measurable growth across accounts through structured strategy, strong execution, and continuous optimization.Requirements:5+ years in Digital Marketing / Paid Media / Growth MarketingStrong experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign ManagerExperience managing multi-channel campaigns (paid + organic + email)Experience in agency or multi-client environmentsHands-on experience with analytics and reporting (GA4, dashboards)Experience leading or mentoring teamsStrong English (client-facing)What We’re Looking For (Mindset):Strategic thinker + strong executorData-driven and performance-focusedHigh ownership and accountabilityComfortable managing multiple accounts and prioritiesProactive — brings ideas, not just executionNice to Have:Influencer marketing experienceExperience in healthcare / B2B / professional servicesFamiliarity with HubSpot, Klaviyo, or MailchimpExperience with AI tools in marketing workflowsWhy Join:Work in a high-performance environment where strategy, execution, and results actually matter — not vanity metrics.
