Project ExecutivePosition OverviewThe Project Executive will oversee large-scale construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role will focus on managing various types of projects including data centers, mission-critical facilities, hospitals, semiconductor plants, battery plants, and wastewater treatment plants (WWTP). The Project Executive will lead project teams, coordinate with stakeholders, and drive the successful execution of advanced technology projects.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage large-scale construction projects from inception to completion.Develop project plans, budgets, and schedules, ensuring alignment with client expectations and company goals.Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project specifications are met.Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies as needed.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards on all projects.Foster relationships with clients, subcontractors, and regulatory agencies to facilitate project execution.Prepare and present project updates to senior management and stakeholders.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.10+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on construction and engineering.Demonstrated experience in managing data center and mission-critical facility projects.Knowledge of semiconductor plant construction and operations is a plus.Experience with advanced technology projects, including battery plants, semi-conductor and WWTP.Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Proficient in project management software and tools.BenefitsCompetitive SalaryComprehensive Health BenefitsGenerous PTO + Holiday Time Off401(k) Retirement PlanProfessional Development Opportunities
