Warehouse Clerk

We are currently seeking dedicated Warehouse Clerks to join our team. The Warehouse Clerk will play a vital role in supporting the efficient operation of our warehouse by performing various clerical and administrative tasks. This position requires attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The Warehouse Clerk will be responsible for accurately maintaining inventory records, processing orders, and assisting with other warehouse-related activities as needed. Responsibilities: Receive and process incoming shipments, verifying contents against packing lists and purchase orders. Accurately record and update inventory levels in the warehouse management system. Pick and pack orders according to specifications, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Prepare shipping documents, including labels, bills of lading, and shipping manifests. Coordinate with carriers and logistics providers to schedule pickups and deliveries. Assist in conducting regular cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain inventory accuracy. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including keeping aisles clear and storage areas tidy. Assist with the loading and unloading of trucks as needed. Collaborate with warehouse team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely order fulfillment. Follow all safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe work environment. High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Basic computer skills, including familiarity with inventory management systems and Microsoft Office suite. Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team. Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities. Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects, as well as stand and walk for extended periods. Forklift certification is required.
