Who You AreThe Warehouse Clerk is responsible for performing the primary duties of shipping and receiving clerk while assisting other areas of the department as required. This includes completing and maintaining the required paperwork and files, contacting carriers and assuring parts are shipped in a timely and accurate manner.How It's DonePrepare, select parts and ship products as required for orderTrack and enter data into the computerProvide telephone support to both internal and external customers in a professional mannerPerform daily cycle countsDistribute internal mailProcess all receipts to appropriate stock locations including but not limited to; new, repaired and non- inventoryPerform closing duties as assigned, when requiredDrop-off sites for Fed Ex and/or UPS, or similar carriers, as necessaryWork overtime as business requiresWhat You NeedHigh school diploma or GEDPrevious forklift driving experience preferred, with a strong emphasis on adherence to safety standardsUnderstand warehousing and distribution techniques and proceduresAbility to use various hand toolsFamiliarity with United Parcel Service, next-day mail carriers and processing CODsAbility to use basic computer and data entry skillsGood verbal communication skillsComfortable working at heights of up to 20 feet using rolling ladders and cherry pickersPhysically capable of lifting, holding, and carrying items weighing up to 50 poundsMust have or be able to obtain a valid driver’s licenseWhat Would Be Even BetterAssociate's degreePrevious Warehouse experienceExperience driving a forkliftAt FANUC America, we are driven by a deep respect for our people and a commitment to building a workplace dedicated to integrity and excellence. The pay range for this position is $43,264- $55,488 per year. The pay range listed is based on both salary and other compensation, including bonuses and profit sharing, that an employee may be paid during their employment with FANUC America. Benefits include medical insurance, 401k savings, paid vacation, vision insurance, dental insurance, tuition reimbursements, disability insurance, life insurance, and paid holidays.
