Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM Experience: • 12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months. • Must have at least 10 months of Critical Care Float Pool experience. • Diploma completion required Requirements: • Candidates must have a Illinois license (required for submission). • This role may require floating to additional units and locations • Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted. • 24 months gap required between for Staff at Program: RightSourcing Program - Carle Health and no current placement allowed at Program: RightSourcing Program - Carle Health. Additional Details: Required Skills/Experience: Ability to manage care for both acute and chronically ill cardiac and pulmonary patients. Ability to develop, implement, and modify patient care plans. Skill in medication administration and evaluating medication effects. Skill in preparing patients for procedures and managing post-operative care. Skill in IV venipuncture and blood administration. Required Credentials: Temp Illinois licensure is not accepted. Shift & Scheduling: Weekend Shifts: Every Other Holiday Shifts: Every Other Travelers assigned to the Greater Peoria Service Area may be required to float between the following sites: Carle Health Methodist Hospital, Carle Health Pekin Hospital, and/or Carle Health Proctor Hospital. The Carle Leader will notify the traveler directly when there is a need to float between locations. 7 days maximum time off.
