Your work will make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents, ensuring they have a comfortable and safe place to call home.What we offerCompensation: $23.37-$28.00 per hour, including shift differential and float rates, based on experienceA culture of diversity, inclusion, equity and belonging, which builds on our mission, vision and valuesMedical, dental and vision packages, including an annual reimbursement for qualified wellness expenses, personal health coaching and telemedicine optionsPTO Plans, PLUS company paid volunteer hours for eligible team members, in accordance with applicable state law401k for all team members 18 and over with a company 3% matchOnsite medical centers, providing wellness visits and sick care for all team members over 18 years of age30% discount on food and drinks at on-site dining venues, plus additional healthy choice meal options at discounted pricesGrowth Opportunities – grow with the company as we open new communities and expand on our existing ones!How you will make an impactProvide prompt responses to resident's maintenance work ordersContribute to the General Services' team visibility and reputation for problem solving and enhancing the resident living experiencePerform routine and emergency repairs in residential apartments and community public areas, including electrical malfunctions, repair/replace plumbing and lighting fixtures, and other maintenance needs that arisePerform necessary maintenance of HVAC equipment, including scheduled preventive maintenance and responding to emergency callsWhat you will needMinimum of 2 years of maintenance experience in a residential apartment complex, commercial building setting, or construction-related industryMust possess a working knowledge of residential building maintenance to include, but not limited to, plumbing, electrical, flooring and appliancesIndustrial Appliance Maintenance/ Service experience highly preferredMust have working knowledge of HVACExperience in Home Health environment preferredMust be able to effectively communicate with residents and staffBe able to lift and/or move objects weighing up to 50 poundsPlease note that specific state regulations and requirements may be applicable.
