We are seeking a dynamic and organized Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our organization. Greet visitors warmly and direct them appropriately, ensuring a positive first impression. Manage multi-line phone systems, screening and routing calls with professionalism and courtesy. Handle all front desk duties including scheduling appointments, maintaining visitor logs, and managing incoming mail. Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to support office administrative needs. Utilize computer skills with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other office management software to organize information efficiently. Support calendar management and coordinate meetings or appointments for staff members. Maintain office supplies inventory, oversee basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks, and ensure the office environment remains organized and welcoming. Going out into the feild if neccessary Proven experience in office management, clerical work, or as a receptionist in a fast-paced environment. Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and data entry tools. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively and prioritize tasks efficiently. Exceptional customer service skills combined with professional phone etiquette and strong communication abilities. Experience with multi-line phone systems, calendar management, filing systems, and proofing documents is preferred. Knowledge of medical or dental receptionist duties is a plus but not required; relevant personal assistant experience is advantageous.
