Partnered with cutting-edge tech firms and innovative companies, we connect top-tier talent with their dream jobs.Our mission is to open doors for professionals like you to thriving workplaces where you can leave your mark.We are looking for a hands-on Desktop Engineer (REMOTE) with strong experience in MECM/SCCM deployments, application packaging, patch management, and VDI/AVD support.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild, deploy, and troubleshoot applications using MECM/SCCMAnalyze deployment logs (AppEnforce, AppDiscovery) and resolve failed installsPackage applications (MSI/EXE) using tools like AdminStudio, InstallShield, or PSADTManage Microsoft and third-party patching, ADRs, and patch complianceSupport VDI/AVD/Windows 365 environments, gold images, and pool troubleshootingPerform advanced troubleshooting using logs, testing, and root cause analysisSupport Windows 10/11 endpoint management and software deploymentsRequired SkillsStrong hands-on MECM/SCCM deployment and troubleshooting experienceEnterprise application packaging experiencePatch management experience including ADRs and third-party patchingExperience with AVD, Windows 365, or VDI environmentsStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsPowerShell scripting experience preferredPreferredExperience with Patch My PCFamiliarity with Intune and modern endpoint managementExcellent communication and documentation skillsWe are looking for someone who can independently own issues, troubleshoot effectively, and support enterprise endpoint environments with minimal escalation.Interested?
